Make sure your router is rated for the power requirements, you don’t want to burnt out your router or put your data at risk if the drives can’t be sufficiently powered.
This doesn’t sound like an ideal setup scenario. As mentioned it is extremely unlikely the router can do anything more than supply (some) power, but technically you never stated what router you actually have.
