Apakah memori di NAS Anda bawaan pabrik atau aftermarket?
Saya baru saja memeriksa pesanan saya (karena sudah 5 tahun sejak saya mengaturnya), pesanan tersebut dikirim dengan 4GB dan pada saat yang sama saya membeli 2x 16GB Crucial CT16G4SFD8266 dimm. Melihat informasi sistem (screenshot terlampir), saya melihat untuk 4 slot tercantum (16GB / 16GB / 2GB / --), apakah itu berarti salah satu dimm 2GB mungkin sudah rusak?
Selain komentar saya sebelumnya, saya melihat salah satu dimm 16GB berada di slot yang salah (lihat gambar terlampir). Saya kira langkah terbaik di sini adalah melepas kedua dimm 2GB dan memindahkan dimm 16GB kedua ke slot biru yang sekarang kosong. Jika itu masalahnya, saya cukup terkejut karena sudah berjalan baik selama 5 tahun dan baru sekarang mulai bermasalah… mungkin kegagalan dimm 2GB adalah pemicu utama masalah ini.
Saya akan melepas semua RAM kecuali RAM asli dan melakukan pengujian. Jika masih reboot, buka tiket dengan QNAP tetapi pastikan hanya RAM bawaan yang terpasang (kalau tidak, dukungan bisa menolak layanan).
