I recently purchased a new TS-h765eU and I’m attemtping to setup Qsync. Qsync Central installs and opens just fine. But I can’t get Qsync Client (Windows) to launch. I see it running in the system tray, but the interface doesn’t open at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, as well as performed multiple reboots. I was able to get it to show up on one machine once, but once I got past the introduction pages, the interface disappeared and won’t come back. How can I get it to work?
Might be best to open a ticket … or to use a different program … my vote is always for Veeam (free edition)
I’ve opened a ticket as well. Figured I’d cover all of my bases. Unfortunately, I cannot use Veeam in this case.
