I am using Qsync 6.0.0.2418 to synchronize folders between Windows 10 Home and a QNAP NAS.
There were no issues until recently. For some time now, one of my folders on the NAS cannot be paired. It is grayed out, as if it were already paired (and therefore unavailable), but that is not the case.
There are no problems with the other folders, which can be paired.
I have closed Qsync and restarted the application, but the problem persists.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?
Are you planning to back up to a cloud service folder or is it a special type of folder with unique access requirements? Thank you for your assistance!
