Qsync - Free up space - nested folders

Hello,
I have noticed an apparent bug that is affecting Qsync/Qsync Client. This affect multiple computers.

When syncing and using the manual free up space function in Windows File Explorer, the setting does not work recursively. It only works on files within the folder the setting was applied to. Folders nested within do not gain the setting nor do their corresponding files. Is this a known issue?

I could potentially create a Powershell script to apply the setting recursively but am not sure how Qsync Client flags what’s local and what’s just a shortcut.
