Qsync is not able to transfer several files and directories without providing errors

Hi All, I have properly configured Qsync for back up including folders with 300gb roughly. It copies 65GB and says everything fine with no error.

With NetBak Replicator same issue with even less gb.

Can you please advise how to solve it in?

Files are in my Onedrive root in a Windows 11 updated machine.

Thanks

Without knowing all your Onedrive & Qsync settings it would be impossible to say.

An alternative is to set up an Active Sync job in HBS3, with Onedrive (Cloud server) as the source, "scheduled with “Real-time Synchronisation”. Don’t try to sync Onedrive with Qsync if you do this as you’ll end up with multiple copies of copies of files due to propagation delays.

Thank you Richard, I was evaluating to bypass my pc using that solution.

hope it works  thanks again

Very important:

Do not sync cloud drives using Qsync! The Qsync release notes say this. All sorts of junk can go wrong. I was finding that Qsync was deleting video files from Teams meetings stored on OneDrive. It was driving my nuts and I could literally watch it happen in real time.

I opened a ticket with QNAP and they were like, “Yeah, don’t do that.”

If you want to sync or backup a cloud storage location then you’ll need to do the RealTime sync in HBS as Richard suggested.
