While trying to log in to the forum to ask for help after my searches found nothing related to my subject, i ended up changing my password. Now it appears i am a new user and my posts and badges are gone. I don’t suppose there is a way to get them back since only the password changed not my email or forum name?

While I cannot help with the forum issue, you might want to detail your QTS issue, add some screenshot, etc…

Missing options can be browser cache or user priviledge related
Regarding the account issue you mentioned, my guess is that it may be related to a newly registered account — from what I can see in our records, the account appears to have been created only recently. Could you provide any additional information that would help us look into this?
As for the QTS side, could you please share more screenshots and relevant details so we can better assist you? Thank you!

Yeah, I mentioned that I appear to have become a new member, although I have been one for 7-8 years or more, although a very quiet one. I just don’t have enough knowledge to offer any level of support. Attached are a couple of recent emails from the Forum. As you may be able to see they aren’t in my new member ID. Also attached is a picture of my screen showing the missing Option item.

Those email are from an apple forum though, you should make sure not to post pictures with your private email address visible (this is a public forum)
If you have been a member for that long, you probably have an account on the old forum, that one was discontinued and this forum here starts basically from scratch.
Dolbyman, i have memory of when the forum changed. I recall having to do something to ensure my history was moved over.
The email photos i just uploaded was correspondence from the community just days before i became a ‘new’ member.
so that can’t be it in my case. Thanks
