Unable to read USB network adapter after updating QTS

Hello, my device is a TS451D2. In its original factory state, the system could detect my TOTOLINK A2000UA and I could use Wi-Fi normally.

After I updated to QTS 5.2.9.3451, it can no longer detect it at all—the entire network card has disappeared. May I ask if downgrading is my only option, or is there another way to get Wi-Fi working again?
