QuFirewall 2.6.1.0124

I’m using a TS-453D (firmware QTS 5.2.11.3661). I downloaded and installed the QuFirewall 2.6.1.0124 file, and after the initial screen displayed the start button, I pressed it and went through the process until completion. However, it keeps displaying “Loading” and never finishes. Since I heard that there were similar issues, I installed it, but the same problem as with QuFirewall 2.6.1.0204 is occurring, and I’m having trouble. Please tell me how to resolve this.

Hi @FUJI, since issues have been identified in QuFirewall 2.6.1, the version currently distributed via App Center has been reverted to 2.5.0.
Please refer to the following thread for details:

Sorry for the inconvenience, but please follow the steps below to downgrade to QuFirewall 2.5.0. You do not need to uninstall version 2.6.1.

  1. Download the 2.5.0 package from the link below:
    https://download.qnap.com/QPKG/qufirewall_2.5.0_20251110072600_x86_64.zip
  2. In App Center, click the “Manual Installation” icon at the top right and select the downloaded zip file as is to install it.
  3. After installation, open QuFirewall and check that your profiles and rules are as intended.
  4. If the screen remains stuck on “Loading”, please clear your browser cache or try accessing QuFirewall again in an incognito/private window.

We will notify you again once a fixed version is released.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried clearing the browser cache and accessing the site again in an incognito window as you suggested, but the situation hasn’t changed. Even when I pressed the start button and proceeded to the completion button in the incognito window, it just stays on ‘Loading…’.
