Hi.
Since the last update of QuMagie to version 2.9.0 and MultimediaConsole to 2.10.0, all the nameless people I had previously deleted have reappeared. If I try to delete their faces, it’s no longer possible; nothing happens from either the web or the app, the faces are still there.
All nameless faces reappeared just after finishing new face scan in short videos. Faces that have reappeared are the ones that I have deleted along time for all photos.
Hi @Joze I have try this on my NAQ with QuMagie 2.9.0 / Multimedia Console 2.10.0, but the nameless people can be deleted normally.
Not sure if I did something wrong, but I have shared this with the verification team and asked them to confirm.

I am also having this issue, Recently uploading all my photos and wanted to cull all the unknown people, but they reappear soon as I delete them.
Is there any work around for this?

I have the exact same error as you.
I can’t delete any people albums after rescanning them.
I also contacted QNAP support, but today I received a weird response that didn’t address my issue. It might have been a mistake, and I hope that both I and everyone here will get help soon.

We have received feedback from our RD team regarding this matter.
RD has completed the log analysis and confirmed that this is a known software issue in QuMagie’s face management module.
The RD team has already fixed the cause. The correction is expected to be released in the next version.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact release date or estimated timeframe at this time.
