I am a new QNAP user and this is my first time using your product. However, I have encountered a serious issue with the Android version of QuMagie, which I suspect may be related to compatibility with Android 15 or the app itself.
Issue Description: No matter which album folder I select, the photos displayed in QuMagie are exactly the same and do not correctly correspond to the actual photos in each folder.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Reinstalled QuMagie (version 2.7.0.0910)
Cleared app cache and data
Confirmed that NAS folder permissions are normal → Issue persists
Comparison Test:
iOS version of QuMagie (same NAS, same account) works perfectly, and displays the correct photos for each folder
Conclusion: The issue is limited to the Android version
Device Information:
Phone model: Redmi Note 13 Pro+
System version: Android 15
QuMagie version: 2.7.0.0910
NAS model: TS-262C
Is this a known issue? Is there any plan for a fix or update? If you need debug logs or further testing, please let me know.
Hi @Freda, after confirming with the QuMagie team, we did find similar situations internally. This issue mainly occurs on older versions of the QTS firmware and QuMagie QPKG. You can try updating the 262C firmware and QuMagie QPKG to the latest version to see if it resolves the problem.
In addition, this issue has been fixed in the next version, QuMagie Android 2.7.1, which is currently under testing and is expected to be officially released soon.
If you would like to try the new version in advance, you can submit a support ticket through QNAP Customer Support, and our technical support colleagues will assist you in obtaining the APK file.
Thank you. I have obtained version 2.7.1 of QuMagie through QNAP Customer Support, and after installing it on my mobile phone, the folder display issue has been successfully resolved. Thank you.
