Currently, QuMagie only provides the function to write tags and GPS information to one photo at a time. However, in practical use, there are often situations where you need to write the same information to photos taken during the same period or with similar characteristics. Filling them in one by one is really slow. Batch processing is a common feature in many photo album software, and I hope to see it available in QuMagie in the future.
Additionally, I hope for more comprehensive support for EXIF, giving album managers more flexible tools. Thank you.
Hi @shuenn, the current version of QuMagie should already allow you to edit the date, time, and properties of multiple photos and videos at once. May I ask which version of QuMagie you are using?
I didn’t make myself clear—what I meant is that the app on tablets or mobile phones cannot perform batch processing.
As for EXIF support, since many of my photos are scanned from film, I manually add some EXIF information to each one. After adding them, I upload them to the QNAP NAS, but at that point, it’s not possible to directly edit them via QNAP. So, when you ask which items need to be supported, for me, it means supporting all items like EXIF tool (GUI) does. There could be an “Advanced EXIF” option, and after clicking into it, you could edit all EXIF items.
@shuenn Okay, we will arrange for QuMagie Mobile to add the feature for simultaneously editing the date and time attributes of multiple photos and videos, just like in QuMagie QPKG.
As for the advanced EXIF part, the team will need to evaluate how to proceed. Thank you for your feedback.
