Hi! I have a few smart albums with only videos (165 MOV and MP4 files). Since an update (not sure which version), the smart album never opens, it gets stuck in loading. The smart album is set to only include files with keyword tag “Compliation” and media type “video”
I changed media type to “Any” and tagged one photo with “Compilation” but the smart album will still not load
If i open any other smart album with mix of Videos and phots (smart albums defined to use only certain keyword tags) all seems to be fine.. so seems like there is a “Sweet spot” where the ratio between videos and photos (too many videos) in conjunction with using keyword tags is causing this issue?
Hi Same NAS but I think it is a different issue, i have converted the .HEIC to JPEG so there is no more issues with tags going missing… This seems to be an issue with how smart albums work with metadata. If i open the videos in Galler or from other smart albums which have a mix of videos and phots, the tags are just fine
