Folder organization in QuMagie

When you upload photos and videos from the QuMagie iOS app, they are automatically sorted into folders by “year” and “month.”
However, when uploading from QuMagie on a computer, the files are not sorted into folders.

It seems like this could be dismissed as just a specification, but directly managing files outside of QuMagie is very cumbersome, so it would be great if there were some solutions to improve this.

If you want to upload by year and month, I understand that you need to select the year and month on this screen and upload for each period.

It’s not a fundamental solution and I apologize, but how about using qfiling temporarily to move files to year/month folders under QuMagie management based on the shooting date from the EXIF information?

You can create folders like year/month and store files in them like this.

What do you think? I hope this is helpful.

Thank you for your advice!
I gave up uploading from my PC and am now transferring data to my QNAP NAS using the method below.
*Originally, I was trying to download data from Google Photos and upload it from my PC.

  1. Download all images from Google Photos to my iPhone.
  2. Upload them sorted by year and month from iPhone via Qfile Pro. *QuMagie cannot be used because the app crashes midway.

I will try uploading other photo data stored on the NAS using the method you taught me.
This was extremely helpful!
