スピニングディスク（spinning rust）には、共有フォルダへのアクセス以外は何も触れないように対策を講じました。

@SteveKo これについて何かできませんか？
HDDを未使用時にスリープさせたいという私の試みに、完全なサポートがないことは理解しています。しかし、私は全てをM.2上に置き、スピニングディスクはコールドストレージ用途だけにしようと本当に努力しました。
ドライブがスリープしている時は、アイドル時で約6.5ワットでした。

なぜこの設定があるのでしょうか？OSの動作が変更され、ドライブをスリープさせることが文字通り不可能になっています。絶対に。
