QUTS 6 beta GPU problem.

After installing QUTS beta 6, my Windows 10 VM running Steam and War Thunder experiences severe graphics stuttering and distorted sound. This also corrupts sound from TeamSpeak, but only when the game is running. There are no other system changes. I have updated both the Kernel and Nvidia drivers for my 1050ti GPU, which is hardware-allocated to the VM. It seems to be an issue with the new kernel driver. Any ideas?

No idea what NVIDIA drivers are in there, but did they not drop these old cards in the latest builds?

Interesting and thankyou. 580 driver series is the end of the line for the 10 series cards.

These drivers are the latest I think and last release was 4th November 2025.

I reverted back to QuTS 5.2x in the end with the 5.2x kernel drivers. The installed GPU drivers on the VM are the current 580 series and all runs fine.

So I am convinced it is something QNAP has changed in the 6.x kernel driver.

Regarding your situation, our internal team has conducted multiple tests but cannot reproduce the issue. We may need you to open a support ticket so we can further examine your environment.

I see that you have already reverted to 5.2. If you are still interested in the feature, or would like to try the updated version 6.0.0 later on, you are welcome to test it again!
