During testing, it was determined that the QuTS hero system provides basic monitoring data through SNMP, QCenter, and Zabbix; however, the detailed metric data required for enterprise-level administration is either incomplete or completely unavailable. Considering that QuTS hero is positioned as an enterprise-class NAS solution with 24/7 operation mode, the current monitoring capabilities should be enhanced to meet modern IT infrastructure management standards.
