i upgraded to Quts hero 6. My plex has been running for years with no issue.
it suddenly stopped, i uninstalled and reinstalled it, i am now getting this error
secure connection (https://) are not supported for this application.
this makes it so i cannot access it locally to even attempt to configure it, not sure if once that happens it will work but at least that would be a start.
please help
It is entirely possible that the current version of Plex is not compatible with Hero 6.
Can you try forcing it to use an insecure connection or in Plex set up so that it does not allow insecure connections?
thank you, i just got it working. it appears it needed to reboot like 5 times. some of he apps weren’t installing/refreshing. on 4th reboot it installed smb, even though it said it was running. other stuff happened along the way even though nothing showed that there were issues and all things appeared to be working. on last reboot it just suddenly started working again.
