I’ve encountered a persistent issue where the NAS device name refuses to update, regardless of the method used.

I’ve attempted to rename the device multiple times through the Control Panel > General Settings > System Administration interface.

I’ve also tried renaming it directly via SSH, using appropriate system commands.

Despite these efforts, the device name remains unchanged and continues to display the original name.
Please advise on how to resolve this, or let me know if there’s a known issue affecting hostname persistence in this firmware version.
Is this a fresh install of 6.0 or an upgrade ?
fresh install, i was using QTS, so i have to do fresh install
