I recieved my new TS-364 today and I thought it is compatible with QUTS-Hero. But whatever I do i dont get the option to install it. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, that should be possible
I don’t know what performance you will get from a Celeron CPU. One of the big benefits of Hero is inline compression and deduplication. But to use that you need at least 16GB of memory. That NAS only supports 8GB maximum. You would really not be able to take full advantage of Hero.
This leaves you with three choices:
1.) Send the NAS back and get a more powerful unit that could be loaded with memory and support Hero better.
2.) Run Hero but the only benefit you will really get is WORM.
3.) Stay with QTS and enjoy your NAS.
