The latest QVP monitoring appliance firmware 2.6.1 has been released!
In this update, the QVR Server has been upgraded to version 2.6.1, adding the following new features:
- Automatic Camera Settings Synchronization: The QVR Server automatically synchronizes with cameras and retrieves their settings. This helps avoid risks that may arise from directly changing the camera’s stream profile.
- Support for Proxy Server and QNAP Browser Station: Even if your computer and cameras are not connected to the same network, you can access the camera’s web interface via Proxy Server or QNAP Browser Station.
- New Automatic Motion Detection Mode: A new automatic mode for motion detection has been added. This allows dynamic adjustment of detection sensitivity, enabling highly accurate motion detection even in complex environments.
- Edge Recording and Recovery Support for Hikvision & Dahua Cameras: Even in the event of network failures or hardware malfunctions, you can utilize the edge recording and recovery features of Hikvision and Dahua cameras to continue recording without interruption.
