Recently, I’ve encountered some inconvenient issues when using QVR Pro Client to manage facial recognition results, and I’d like to bring them up.
When creating a profile for an unregistered face detected from the right sidebar on the homepage, the system will automatically capture a face screenshot from the video as the profile photo. However, after the profile is created, I often find that the photo has been changed on the profile page, sometimes even replaced with a face from a completely different event. Occasionally, it even switches to a side profile, which makes recognition even more difficult…
What’s even more inconvenient is that if I want to change the profile photo myself, the system doesn’t allow me to select from the video recordings; I can only manually upload a photo. For managing a large number of profiles, this is really troublesome… I hope that in the future, it will be possible to select a clearer face image directly from the recordings, or at least avoid the issue of the profile photo randomly changing
