Tablet app QVR Pro, which monitors my security streams freezing randomly after 4-5 hours. Sometimes it does longer, sometimes shorter. It just freezes my streams. When i check QVR Pro in my QNAP, they all up. When i indivually check the cams with my Ezvic app, there also all up.
I remember before last App update, there was some auto refresh in the app, which refreshed the stream from time to time, to get it unstuck. Can you guys/Developers replace this please?
Hi @Oxize QVR Pro Client does have an auto-refresh function and it still there. When a stream drops, the client will attempt to reconnect automatically. This feature has not been removed, so the issue you encounter should not normally occur.
We are trying to reproduce the problem in our lab, and any additional details like OS version or App version you can provide would be extremely helpful. It would also be great if you could get the debug log by following the steps in the video in this Smart URL and share it with us.
I am using an QNAP NAS TS-251+. With OS Firmware QTS 5.2.7.3297

And the link you gave me is all in chinese. I cant understand what you are doing. I using a Tablet to monitor my camera feeds. The APP i am using on my Tablet is QVR Pro Client. Version 2.7.1.250627
