Earlier this week, we receive reports that new QVR Surveillance users can not claim their free channels. And the error code is 0x97070108
After invegestation, we figured out that is caused by a policy enhancement applied by our cloud OP. And we just pushed a patch to follow the infrastructure policy, that allows QVR Surveillance’s backend to communicate with QNAP main servers again.
You will NOT have to install/update QVR Surveillance 3.x. Just retry the claim process and it shall work now.
