I have two Tapo C520WS Cameras. Previously these cameras were controllable from QVR Pro Client when running QVR Surveillance. Recently something changed either in the Tapo firmware or in the QNAP software and now these cameras cannot be controlled. No Pan and Tilt and no Presets.
@haru0 - Has there been update from Tapo that has broken these?
@NA9D QVR Surveillance does integrate the TP-Link TAPO C520WS camera. Let us find the device to confirm the situation.
BTW, what is your current version of QVR Surveillance, QVR Client and C520WS firmware?

QVR Pro Client: 2.8.3 1589
