Raid Scrubbing selected raid groups only-Feature Request

Most of my NAS’s have 3 volumes: 1. Working volume. 2. Backup volume. 3. NVR volume. Each volume is a separate raid group. I seldom do Raid Scrubbing because Vol. 3 takes forever since it is constantly writing 15mb/s and reading 15mb/s from the cameras. And the smallest one is 15Tb. Also, all the data on Vol/3 is overwritten every 14 days, which is more frequently than I would want to scrub.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience and thoughts! Your setup of different storage volumes and considerations for RAID Scrubbing frequency are really helpful for us to understand real-world usage. We’ll take your suggestions back for internal review and discussion to see if there are ways we can optimize this in the future. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such complete feedback—it’s a big help for us in continuously improving our products and services!

Thanks for the quick response. It looks like it might be easy to add since Raid groups other than 5 and 6 are skipped.

energetic, allow setting a priority so the user can decide the order in which the raid group is scrubbed. I know enough that when I set up the NAS, I make the main group that I want to scrub first first and I make the camera group last so when it gets to he camera group (which would take over a day) last so I can cancel it.
