good morning, I would like to know if I buy a NAS model TVS-h1688X, and I have 8 HD mounted in raid z-3, if I wanted to increase with new disks can I add just one at a time? thanks
Why 3 paritiy drives ? RaidZ 2 with two drives parity should be just fine.
But yes, you can add drives later
