Since I just recently wiped my NAS and reinstalled with QuTS Hero, I would like to get my Containers up and running again. I backedup my Container folder with Hybrid Backup Sync. Now, I’ve restored everything to the “Container” folder. But Container Station doesn’t recognize my containers.
No. No error messages. I have the original “Container” folder that Container Station creates when you first start it up. So here’s what I did.
.) Created a Shared Folder in Storage Pool 2 (My RAID5) named “Container”
.) When I started Container Station it says it will create a shared folder named “Container” but then it also gives you a drop-down to select another location. When I clicked the drop-down, my new “Container” folder I had created was checked.
.) I finished the initialization of Container Station.
.) I quit Container Station.
.) I then did a copy/replace of the new Container folder with the one I recoverd from backup.
.) Opened Container Station again - nothing. Doesn’t see any of my Containers.
.) Quit Container Station and Stopped it in App Center
.) Restarted Container Station and opened it.
