I’d like to propose a feature request regarding the Notification Center.
Right now, notifications are mainly delivered through mobile push, which only reaches a single user. In our environment, we often need to notify an entire IT group when the NAS encounters a fault or critical event. We were using Skype provided by QNAP before but it already dead. Now we use group mail alias, but sometimes nobody aware it right after the alert sent to us.
I’m hoping Notification Center could support sending alerts to third-party messaging platforms such as Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, LINE, or Discord.
Alternatively, if there is an extensible mechanism, which is similar to the Event URL feature available in QVR Pro, that would allow us to forward events to our own middleware service, that would also solve the problem.
Is there an existing feature that provides similar functionality, or could this be considered for future and when?
