It’s not necessary to have a QNAP account (ID) to use a QNAP NAS online and get updates.

Hi, i would like to dm you my Mac adress for getting the cloud Key.
I have the same issue basicly.
I cannot acces my nas interface anymore because my password is not able to reset.
I tried the reset pin for 3 seconds untill it beeps. It goes to another IP adress in my network but the old login still works somehow. However, then the issue is again that i cant get in without my 2fa code.
Any advise on this? I created this account to be able to reply here so its not linked to my qnap interface either.
You can also open a ticket, not sure I understand what issue you are facing (2FA should be disabled after a reset)
