RTX 5060 in TVS-h1288x?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone tested whether an RTX 5060 works in the TVS-h1288x?

I’m currently running a GTX 1050 Ti in this NAS, passing it through to Container Station for Docker, but I’m looking to upgrade.

Physically and electrically, a Low Profile RTX 5060 (like the Gigabyte or Zotac models) should fit and power up fine, but I’m not entirely sure about driver compatibility on QTS.

Right now, the driver versions I have installed are:

  • NVIDIA GPU Driver: 6.2.2.1106

  • NvKernelDriver: 5.2.9.3499

Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated so I don’t end up making a useless purchase. Thanks in advance!

Additional details:
Firmware: QTS 5.2.9.3499

The release note of NVIDIA GPUR Driver 6.2.2.1106 listed it added support NVIDIA RTX 50 series so the RTX 5060 you asked should can be worked normally.

Now, I’ve got another question.
I didn’t took into consideration another option, that is to use an OCuLink PCIe card with a GPU in an external case.
Would that work?
