S3 authentication error when setup cloud storage service from HBS3

Hello, I’m trying to setup a backup job from local NAS to S3 existing bucket.

I receive a generic “network error” at the end of S3 account / bucket configuration.

The local time is synchronized with ntp.pool.org, S3 credentials are correct, no proxy on my LAN.

the S3 bucket resides on a specific region but I cannot find a way to set this information inside HBS 3 application. What am I missing?

(HBS 3 version is : 26.3.0.226 - QTS 5.2.8.3359)

I understand my error during backup job setup: I selected a specific bucket along with bucket sub-folders using the following notation: “my-bucket\my-bucket-subfolder”

Therefore the application raised a generic error. It was my fault at last, so no service ticket is required.:sweat_smile:
