Security Scan fails at 0% even after rebooting unit. Both scheduled scan and manual scan fails at 0%. How do I fix this?
Has been reported a couple of times … open a ticket or
- Uninstall Security councillor (best thing to to as it’s more a ‘smoke and mirror’ program anyways)
- Uninstall and reinstall the program (That has fixed it for people on the German forum and reddit), but without that ticket QNAP might not fix the root cause for a while.)
