Security Scan Fails At 0%

Security Scan fails at 0% even after rebooting unit. Both scheduled scan and manual scan fails at 0%. How do I fix this?

Has been reported a couple of times … open a ticket or

  1. Uninstall Security councillor (best thing to to as it’s more a ‘smoke and mirror’ program anyways)
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the program (That has fixed it for people on the German forum and reddit), but without that ticket QNAP might not fix the root cause for a while.)
