Setup of Used NAS

Hello there, I am writing this because I picked up a used NAS from goodwill, and they said it was reset, and I am unable to get in, even with using the reset and Cloud key. It is version 5.2.10.3577. Any advice or help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the community, and thanks for reaching out. To help you further, could you please let us know the model of your NAS (as OneCD asked)?

In the meantime, please try starting the NAS without any drives installed:

  1. Shut down the NAS and remove all drives.
  2. Power it on without drives and wait a few minutes until it finishes starting up.
  3. On a computer in the same network, use Qfinder Pro to find the NAS and open its web page.
