Backup to the cloud is at 5%

Hello, I have created a backup job to the Strato Cloud on my TS-251 with firmware 5.2.8.3332 in HBS3, version 26.2.0.938. It has worked so far. After moving my computer, I cleaned everything up and created a new backup job with about 1TB of data. Unfortunately, the job gets stuck at 5%, there is hardly any network traffic, and the CPU load is around 60%. Only the remaining time continues to increase, while the number of files and total size have stayed at the same value for hours.

There is nothing noted in the report/log. How else can I check the status?

Hello, I’ve now made a backup with “only” 225GB; it’s still running, but it works. It just takes a very long time, so I’m splitting the backup now and will wait a bit longer.

So it seems to be due to the large amount of data.

I’ll get back to you when everything is done—or not.
