Hey there,
Since I’ve update my stations to Sequoia, any files I try to send via wetransfer on Chrome makes Chrome unexpectedly quit. I’m connected in smb via IP address. Under Safari, the files gets corrupted at the recipient end. Only computers that I’v left in Sonoma are working.
-Mac Os Sequoia
-SMB
-QNAP server TS-2483XU-RP
-Wired RJ45 over 10Gbe connections
I’ve try multiple configurations of my nsmb.conf
Multiple settings in the Win/Mac/NFS/WebDAV panel
So I have no idea about anything using wetransfer. That said, I do know there are issues with Sequoia, SMB and file paths with non-English characters. Do you have non-English (non-ASCII) characters in your file path?
Thanks.
Even if I work in a french environment, all shared volumes are all letters and numbers, capitals or not and no special characters. That being said, there’s is surely some folders or files inside the shared volume that might contained illegal characters. But it’s very rare and those are not the files I’m trying to send via Wetransfer.
That is an example: 2515_TDC2/02_TOURNAGE/03_PROXIES/20250426_proxies/CAM_A/TDC_20250426_CAM_A0216_proxy.mov
Are you on Sequoia?
