Slow uploadspeed capped at 1Gbs on a QM2-2P10G1TB mounted in a TS-464-8G

Hi,

I have a QM2-2P10G1TB mounted in a TS-464 - ISP speed is 8Gbs up/down.

Internet speed are OK when using the 2.5G ethernet port. Or a 5Gbs USB ethernet dongle.

I’m having slow uploadspeed capped at 1Gbs, downloadspeed is OK at 7,5Gbs. MTU 9600 when using the 10G ethernet port.

Anyone idea of this?

The ETH chip should be connected fast enough.

What happens if you disconnect the 5GbE adapter?

Makes no difference!

Hi SteveKo.

There is an internal support ticket on this. The problem is not the LAN speeds, the problem is internet speed via the QM2-2P10G1TB adapter, the uploadspeed is capped on 1Gbs via the QNAP browser/system. No problem with the 2,5Gbs port and or the 5Gbs USB port, these up.down internet speeds are OK.
