Sharing an incident report after upgrading to QuTS hero h6.0.
Environment
- Model: TS-h886 (Xeon D-1622, 32 GB RAM)
- Firmware: QuTS hero h6.0.0.3500 Build 20260520
- Pool: 1 storage pool (HDD)
What happened
- During normal operation, the storage pool disappeared from Storage Manager and shared folders became inaccessible.
- No disk failure indications before or after.
- A single reboot brought everything back: pool ONLINE, all data intact, no resilver.
- Nothing obviously related in QuLog Center around the incident.
Questions
- Anyone else seen this on h6.0?
