Support for eufy cameras

Surveillance Station requires camera model selection from a dropdown list. Eufy is not there. Am I doing something wrong?

Currently typing from iPad Pro 11” running iOS 18.5. Environment is our home network, no trunked ports. NAS is TS-832PX with QTS 5.2.4.3092. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Try using “Generic camera” and “RTSP”

Hi @tonylima , You didn’t do anything wrong, it’s just that Surveillance Station has reached its end of life, so no new cameras will be supported moving forward.

As Frank mentioned, please try using Generic Model and Generic RTSP.
