Has started logging me out every day which is frustrating. Anyone else having the same problem?
The old forum is buggy in terms of logging you out as well so I suppose there is some consistency at play 
Staff are aware of users being logged out. no news yet of what the issue is however.

The relevant team is already evaluating how to fix this issue, but there is no ETA yet.

Over a month later and still no fix for the login bug. A lot of users aren’t going to use this site until it’s fixed.
I have a feeling that the SSO mechanism of QNAP does this on purpose. The ticket creation/support portal does not need to stay logged in for long durations, but a forum is normally more often frequented than that.
Which is why having separate profiles for each makes sense and why the old forum and every other hardware vendor user forum I know of takes this approach.
The only thing really is to raise the issue with QNAP support by raising a ticket. if enough people complain it might be looked at I guess.
Sorry that last week was Lunar New Year, so we didn’t push any updates to avoid any unexpected issues.
This week, the Account Center team has implemented an update. Now, if you check “Keep me signed in” when logging in, you should no longer be frequently logged out like before.
At least from my testing since this morning, I haven’t been logged out.

Excellent and very welcome news. For the first time in three months I didn’t need to login again this morning. 
Apologies for necroing an old thread but it’s still relevant.
This forum is a brutal end user experience. I don’t know how the admins have managed to skin a Discourse platform, one of the best forum platforms going, to be this poor to navigate.
Why, for example, remove the navigation options from the home page that’s available in vanilla Discourse? e.g.
Too many navigation clicks with Discourse default navigation options hidden for no discernible reason other than a style choice.
Too much white space between topics, e.g.
On top of this cookie retention setting which log you out so often it actually discourages the use of 2FA as it’s such a pita to be prompted so frequently.

Hi @browellm as I know the Design Center is already planning a redesign of the forum layout. But I don’t know what the final version will look like or when it will go live. I will share your feedback to the team for their reference.

Are you still experiencing any issues with cookies? I have only noticed the need to log in again on Mondays but not on other days.
@haru0 - The login requirement varies. Sometimes I go multiple days w/o logging back in. Other times, I have to log in every time I visit.
