Has started logging me out every day which is frustrating. Anyone else having the same problem?
The old forum is buggy in terms of logging you out as well so I suppose there is some consistency at play
Staff are aware of users being logged out. no news yet of what the issue is however.

Over a month later and still no fix for the login bug. A lot of users aren’t going to use this site until it’s fixed.
I have a feeling that the SSO mechanism of QNAP does this on purpose. The ticket creation/support portal does not need to stay logged in for long durations, but a forum is normally more often frequented than that.
Which is why having separate profiles for each makes sense and why the old forum and every other hardware vendor user forum I know of takes this approach.
The only thing really is to raise the issue with QNAP support by raising a ticket. if enough people complain it might be looked at I guess.
Sorry that last week was Lunar New Year, so we didn’t push any updates to avoid any unexpected issues.
This week, the Account Center team has implemented an update. Now, if you check “Keep me signed in” when logging in, you should no longer be frequently logged out like before.
At least from my testing since this morning, I haven’t been logged out.
