Sometimes, after I make changes to a file (such as abc.doc) on computer A, I later rename the file (for example, to abc123.doc) or move its location. Then, on computer B, a sync error occurs saying I don’t have permission to access abc.doc on the NAS. Next, I select “Resync File” in the sync error center, and the sync error message disappears, but the folder icon in the lower left corner remains red and doesn’t revert back to green.
How can I resolve this?
