I’m using a TS-453Be. I mainly access it from my Mac.
I can view the folders normally from Finder, but even if I double-click the NAS recognized by QFinder Pro, I can’t open the management screen in the browser.
When I check the router’s connection status, the device name doesn’t appear under the wired connections, but when I start rebooting, the name appears on the router’s screen and the login screen briefly appears in the browser.
Could you please tell me the possible causes and solutions?

Hi @k_uchino, since the login screen appeared even for a moment, it’s possible that something is wrong on the Web UI side.
As a troubleshooting step, could you try slightly removing all hard drives and then starting up the NAS in a “no disk installed” state? In that state, can Qfinder Pro access the NAS initial setup page normally? If you could check this, it would be very helpful in identifying the cause.
Sorry for the late reply. @haru0 and @SteveKo, thank you very much.
I was a bit panicked and should have provided more details about my usage situation. In conclusion, the issue was that the Tailscale app installed from the NAS App Center was outdated. Because of this, the IP-related processing did not work properly, and the page would not display in the browser.
After manually installing the latest version downloaded from the official Tailscale website, everything started working correctly. Networking issues can be quite tricky.
I apologize for causing such a commotion.
