I have a TR004 and I want to use the HBS 3 Hybrid Backup Sync
mine is not listed to download the software…
what do I do?

HBS is to install on a NAS, not on the expansion unit or DAS

Also, just to confirm, are you using only the TR-004 , or do you have a NAS unit as well? Thanks!
