Hello again,
so I took the drive out from Bay 2, put it in USB HDD case and browsed my files with Windows PC using DiskInternal Linux Reader. All good.
Then deleted all partitions on the disk using Windows Computer Management, plugged the USB HDD case back into the NAS and same result. After a few minutes, this error in log:
