so the NAS came with QTS 5.2.3.3006 ? that seems strange since it was only release about 2 weeks ago. hard to believe a production NAS has that version of firmware so early.
Anyhow, moving back to your screenshot. If you select “Choose another Firmware”
does it give you and option to upload the QuTS firmware?
