TS-451+ doesn't boot anymore after power failures

I’ve got a TS-451+ which I installed with a debian image.
After multiple power failures the device doesn’t react anymore to anything.
I have removed all disks and when I start it, the 4 hdd leds are red and the usb led is blue, no other leds light up.
If I attach a monitor, now output shows up.
If I attach an usb keyboard, it also shows no actions (numlock led or similar things).
I also get no error beep codes or other indicators.
How can I further investigate the problem?

Sounds like the LPC death

Also, a NAS never likes sudden power loss, get a UPS!

Thanks, looks just like my problem. It’s really a pity, that the workaround is just a stopgap measure.
Will probably still have to get a new one.
