TS 453A Firmware Issue

I started my Nas and logged in via my computer but there are no longer any apps on the system…no control panel, no App Store etc etc. I only see File Manager, Plex and Photos but system apps are all gone. How can I restore or reload? Not sure why this has occurred.

Can you do a shutdown and restart via SSH?

You may need to try reapplying the firmware if things don’t come back.

with the default admin user? or with another administrator?
Can you try login with admin, and check or reapply the user group correctly ?

What is the disk config of your NAS ? Sounds like you had several volumes and your system volume died/is unmounted, with Plex maybe installed on a non System volume

Thankyou all for your help. I think it is sorted. Using the admin login gave me access to the control panel and app centre etc so I can now reapply the authorisations.
