Thank you for providing the network adapter information. The network interface on the NAS side has been confirmed to be normal (1Gbps, MTU 1500).
To further troubleshoot, could you please provide the following additional information:
- Is the slowdown occurring during internal (LAN) access or external (WAN) access?
- Is the device accessing the NAS connected to the router via wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) connection?
- What is the current approximate transfer speed in MB/s? How much slower is it compared to before you changed the router?
- Are there any features such as QoS, traffic control, or other network restrictions enabled on the router?
The above information will help us pinpoint the cause of the issue more accurately. Thank you!

The intranet computer can be accessed normally, but the browser interface cannot be opened. Qmanager on the phone can access it normally, and both QFILE/QUMAGIE can be used without issues.

The computer accessing the NAS on the intranet is connected via wired connection.

Upload speed on the external network is 1.33M/S, and 30~40M/S on the internal network.

No restrictions are enabled on the router.
