TS-453D reboot issue

I was having some slow performance of my TS-453D and decided to use the software reboot as this has helped in the past. There were no errors or issues present that i could see before reboot but the device sounded to restart as normal and had a green status light, but was not discoverable on the network on it usual IP or on any other found though the router table or using Qfinder.

I left it for a day to see if it would sort its self out but with no luck i tried a soft reset on the machine, which has worked in this instance in the past. Now though it is currently sitting with the status light flashing red and green every 0.5 seconds and with no activity showing on the HDD indicators, there seems to be some minor network activity but so far it has been like that for the last 10 hours or so and im not sure if it just leave it or try something else.

It is not showing on network on Qfinder still either

The device was on the latest Firmware (im not sure which Version as i cannot connect) and was running a RAID 5 on 4 x 8TB seagate Exos Enterprise drives. Was connected though LAN 1 single port to a netgear switch and being accessed by a PC running Win 11

Thank you for any help or advice on what to do.

I hope you have a backup.
Try removing all the hard drives and restarting the NAS. Does the setup screen appear now?
If not, then the NAS is defective.
If so, then the volume is defective, and you should contact support.

Is the TS-453D affect by the Intel LPC clock issue? This looks like that may be the problem. But someone else will have to come on here and say if the 453D is part of that group of NASes that have that issue.

No
The CPU (J4xxx) has no problem with the intel LPC clock issue.

Could you try booting the unit without any drives installed? If the issue persists, please open a support ticket and our Support Team will be happy to assist you. Thanks!
