ts-453du-rp not visible in QFINDER following update

Hi,

Following updates and messages about certificates my NAS is not visible anymore into QFINDER.
Can anybody know what it is loooking for and what should I check ?

What is the NAS model and firmware and what kind of certificates are we talking about ?

TS-453DU-RP.
Firmware : QTS 5.2.7.3256
QFINDER Pro: 7.12.3.0527
Hyper Data Protector : 2.2.3
NetBak PC agent : 1.2.6

QFINDER can not see the NAS anymore. (I have another NAS which is perfectly visible).

Netbak shows an error abut the certificate.
I also get : Check the inventory port and service settings, and ensure NetBak PC Agent is installed on the Windows PC/server.

I had a similar issue once. I temporarily resolve it I plugged my network cable into the other port. For some reason the static IP stopped working but yet the port set to DHCP worked. I ended up having to contact QNAP support to resolve this issue.
